All members of our team are continuously trained to maintain a healthy, clean, and safe environment for all our patients and staff. We use protective disposable barriers on exposed surfaces and disinfect all surfaces and instruments according to government standards.

Waiting room sterilization

We disinfect all hard surfaces and children's toys regularly.

Hand sanitizers and Kleenexes are provided throughout the clinic space for your convenience. Please use these liberally.

Patients displaying respiratory symptoms will be provided with a mask. Please wear this mask to ensure your safety and the safety of those around you. Failure to comply with staff request may result in you having to seek medical care elsewhere. (Dr. Mal was in Toronto during the SARS outbreak and takes infection control measures very seriously.)
